After the company to produce its first DemonStar game series, Ubisoft will became a subsidiary of Mountain King Studios as of 2011. Then the company were shutting down as of 2023 and folded into the Ubisoft game subsidiary, later, a new company, Mountain King Games, would produce its new game as Raptor: Call of the Shadows Remixed in the currently development.
