Gedbi folder I can not change the read write or wonership after using takeownership pro

Question

I have used dos attrib, it changed every thing but when trying to xcopy in dos, it gets access denied on the file C:\LinuxTimeShift\time\localhost\usr\share\gdebi\gdebi. In Windows7 Explorer, tried to uncheck read only on the folder. Then accessed the folder again and the read only box is checked. Any suggestions please.

It is possible that the file or folder is being used by another process and that is why you are unable to change its ownership or permissions. Try closing all the programs that may be using the folder, and then try changing its ownership and permissions again. If that does not work, you can try booting into Safe Mode and then changing the ownership and permissions.
