I don't think a driver will help with installation of a new cartridge, but if the printer is not recognized by the operating system, then proceed to download the required driver based on your operating system. From the driver's page, select the operating system using the drop-down menu. In most of the cases, after you install a new cartridge, you will need to perform a printer calibration. You can do that using its built-in functions or its available software.
