I have one patients data. When I select them in the patient's folder and hit ok. Still shows no patient selected.
It is possible that there is an issue with the software and the user may need to contact technical support for assistance. Alternatively, they could try selecting the patient again or reinstalling the software to see if it resolves the issue.
