My game crashes but the game did not work on Windows 2000 for my Toshiba laptop. Can you to fix it?

It possible that the Windows 2000 may be crashed on my game because the Windows 2000 was unsupported for this operating system. The game is only available from Windows XP to Windows 8.1, but, Windows 2000 did not work on my game because it due to a crashed on my video card driver, or may it have been used for a slower performance for the game.
