Zip Files with all formats how do I only view single format thumbnails?

Why can I not find a "how to Use" the Data 7 programs? Zip File then open showing folders with all format, choose JEF to save to where? Can I save in folder eg design source or say reading pillows? If they are in just a single folder in JEF format is that better for a quick view of all designs?
