pdfEdit995 combine function stopped working for many users

Question

One of the functions that our company uses pdf995Edit for is to combine PDF files. For some reason, that feature suddenly stopped working for many people. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the pdf995 on multiple laptops but it does not fix the problem. Our laptops are Win 10 (64-bit) and all the updates, etc are installed. No problems in any other applications.
