The program crushed on Windows 10

Question

The program crushes right every time after it loads a scan from a local folder. OS: Windows 10 up to date. I tried running it in compatibility mode and as administrator. Zero success. The program works perfectly fine on Windows 7 though.
Does anyone have any ideas why this is happening and how to fix the problem?

It's possible that the iCATVision program is not compatible with Windows 10. You can try contacting the developer for support or look for alternative software that is compatible with Windows 10.
