Uninstall Error 1722

Question

We would like to uninstall IVC Studio 3.2. But we always get the following message:

Error 1722. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A programm run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support persononell or package vendor. Action DropFilesOnUninstall. location: C:\WINDOWS\Installer\MSI1387.tmp. command: "3.2" "C:\Program Files (x86)\SICK\SmartCameras\IVC Studio 3.2\" "C:\Users\b.wizemann\" "C:\Users\b.wizemann\AppData\Roaming\"

I have now tried a lot of things: sfc, dism, regestry, start the uninstall via the installation setup, safe mode, Windows installed over it with keep data.

Unfortunately nothing helped. Do you have any idea what this could be?

There are no problems with any other programs.
