In Customer Activity, how can I go direct to a customer by pressing their initial letter on the keyboard – this works in Suppliers but not in Customers?

In the Suppliers list I can go direct to an account by pessing the initial letter on the keyboard - eg: for General Works i press G and get all the way doen the list to accounts whos name begin with G. This does not work in my Customers list - it did used to work but no more - have I unchecked something??

It is possible that the feature has been disabled accidentally. To re-enable it, go to the Customer Activity window, click on the Options button, and select "Show Letter Search Bar." This should bring back the ability to jump to a customer by pressing their initial letter on the keyboard.
