Why doesn't games to play that supports to work with all Windows Server operating systems?

Why doesn't to play Minecraft, Bejeweled 3 or any other games that supports to work with all Windows Server operating systems?
I have purchased on my dell poweredge t605 server, that runs on server 2008 r2, and bought from ebay. So i try to play game to work with all Windows Server operating systems available to support?
