7za.exe not working for all Selectsoft games on Windows 10.

I cannot run the 7za.exe on windows 10 but the progress says "Installing base components..." appears when i not working on my 7za.exe app due to a slow installing on all Selectsoft games. How can i solve the problem to do it?
