I can not download free books from Android application store

Do you get any kind of an error when you're trying to download them? Or you just can't find them?

Try this one: https://play.google.com/store/books/details/Mary_Wollstonecraft_Shelley_Frankenstein_or_The_Mo - can you download it?

The official Android store provides applications that allow you to read ebooks from different sources of the Internet. You are trying to download applications not ebooks because the major store available with ebooks is Amazon. On the other hand, Amazon Store allows you to download ebooks in different formats.
