ERROR!!!! Settings database not found.

I get this error when I open the app, and it does not accept the gpx file I am trying to convert to csv.

The problem still persists. How can I contact the developer. See error below:

"Settings database not found. If you are running Windows Vista with a user without Administrator privilege, is possible that the install program doesn't copy this file in the right place. Ask me a copy to fix the problem."

I checked that everything installed.
