Office 2013 error when i trying to install the full version because any other versions of office is already installed on my computer.

I'm trying to install the full version of Office 2013 and i have purchased on my CD in full retail version (that could means to have a full version) and i have to install the full version of office 2013 and getting a message says "Setup cannot find ??? . Browse to a vaild installation source, and then click oK." appears, when i try to opening the Windows Installer package and getting an error message says "Another program is being installed please wait until the installation is complete and then try installing the software again." appears again when i trying to install the full version of office 2013 but office 2007 or later updated versions of office 2013 is already installed on my computer. How can i solve to do it?
