Error when you try to remove the modem driver...

When i try to remove the modem driver and you may see an error message says:

"There was a problem starting:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\Professional\RunTime\10\00\Intel32\Ctor.dll

The specific module could not be found."

Any problems? Or you need to remove the program it? This error occurs when your installed component (such as InstallShield for the version 10) is missing a component file or try to solve this problem it.

It seems that the error occurs because one of the component files is missing. Try reinstalling the program and then uninstall it again. This may solve the problem. Alternatively, you can try to manually delete any remaining files or registry entries after uninstalling the program.
