Gets installed but does not function on Windows 10

asked by about Sinhala KeyHelp

Does not create an icon in the Tray even though the option is ticked.
Desktop icon is present but nothing happens, no messages when clicked.
MS Word (2016) does not incorporate this when Sinhala typing is done.
(firewall is turned off).
Please advice,
