How to fix problem with marking serial number?

I got a problem when marking serial number in ThorX6. The software randomly close after finish marking serial number. (After I mark 1 - 5 times)

On windows 10 it closes the software without error noticing.
But on windows 7 it pops an error message.

BCGControlBar Professional DLL has stopped working.

Don't have the answer for your problem.
I find ThorX6 pretty clunky. The developer seems to be trying hard, but compared to other graphics and CNC controlers, ThorX6 reallyt tries my patience.

As for Saumya Sharma's suggestion to contact the software developer, if anyone has a link or a suggestion how to find and contract TinyTim it would be great!! Extremely helpful!!
