I AM TRYING TO USE THIS SOFTWARE BUT RECEIVING THE FOLLOWING ERROR.
PRINTER INTERNAL ERROR:-5.
THE PRINTER IS CONNECTED TO THE COMPUTER BUT NOT PRINTING
