Installation dll missing ex: libgimpcolor ...dll can't start gimp !!

when I start gimp several popup messages say : libgimpconfig-2.0-0.dll libgimpcolor-2.0-0.dll libgimpmath-2.0-0.dll libgimpmodule-2.0-0.dll

are missing ...

I tried to download several time Gimp (2.10) (several sources) and it is the same result

my new computer is windows11 system

It seems like some necessary files are missing from the GIMP installation. You can try downloading and installing the missing DLL files from a reputable DLL file download website, or reinstalling GIMP with administrator privileges.
