How to make a backup of only the windows partition?

I am ivestigating the program Macrium reflect.
I have a SK Hynix ssd harddisk if 1TB.
This harddisk is divided in four partitions.
I want to make a backup of only the windows partition.
When i make restore of this windows backup are the other partitions of the harddisk then still visible and ok?
