Is this software still being supported? I have a dcom not being registered.

Hi. I installed version 2.7 on a machine with windows 10 pro version 22H2
I get the EOleSysError in module RegionMap.exe at 0006529D Class not registered. What is this about? I have run RegionMap on previous version of Windows without problems. I need to update some of the old maps.

It does not seem to exist for Windows 10 and running it in compatibility mode does not work.
