I can't uninstall Java 6 update 20

I installed Java 6 update 20 a while ago and the files got deleted before I could uninstall the program somehow. Now, I can't re-install it to get the files, and I get an error message when I try. It says I'm missing a DLL that I need. It doesn't say what one, just that I need it. Help?

The update package is not available anymore from its official place, instead you will need to manually search the corresponding file on Google: jre-6u20-windows-i586-s.exe. After you find the file, download it and install it accordingly. After the installation, restart the computer and then uninstall it.
