Any solutions regarding phreatic line similarity in SEEP/W and SIGMA/W?

I am actually modelling a embankment dam both in SEEP/W and SIGMA/W. I have coupled SEEP/W with SIGMA/W and have used the mohr columb model for the analysis. After running my simulation, it is observed that the phreatic line obtained in SEEP/W and SIGMA/W are different and I dont understand why. Can Anyone suggest where I might be going wrong.
