Test Serial Port cannot select COM 4, only 1 & 2

Test Serial Port cannot select COM 4, only 1 & 2
what's up with not being able to select the current COM Port?
I don't have a 1 or 2 COM Port.
USB Serial adapter automatically configures to COM 4.
My computer is controlled by an admin so I cant change it

The issue may be related to the Windows settings. It is possible that the system is set to only recognize COM ports 1 and 2, and not 4. If the computer is controlled by an administrator, try asking them to adjust the settings to allow for the use of the COM 4 port.
