I purchased PCStitch 10 software but I did not get the instructions so now I don't know how to use it. Where can I get the instructions?

The application features built-in help and tutorials from where you can learn how to use the program. Please install it using its setup package and start the application from your desktop. Once the program opens, click on Help > Tutorials and browse the four sections that will teach you how to create your first pattern or image.
