I have been using Midi Maestro for many years. The laptop I use it with has just died but I still have my product code. I tried to use that to activate the software on my new laptop but it won't work. Any assistance available please ?
Yes, you should be able to reinstall MIDI Maestro onto your new laptop. Make sure that you have your product code and follow the instructions on the website to activate the software.
I had the same problem and contacted Ken Plezner (creator of MM) and he KINDLY got the registration server working for me.
