Program locks up as soon as it opens in Windows 11

Window says "Alias of the file name".
I have to go to task manager to quit the program.

The program ABCexplorer locks up as soon as it opens in Windows 11, and a message saying "Alias of the file name" appears. Task Manager must be used to quit the program.
