Indeed this is a strange situation. I have checked the game and once you buy it, the key is available permanently and not temporary. This issue can easily be resolved by contacting the buyer. Send them an email or use their contact form and state your problem clearly because something is not right and it's unusual for this thing to happen, especially with this type of game.
