Can we use OPC server to connect to mitsubishi PLC from windows 10?

Wants to connect PC based balancing machine with Mitsubishi PLC based drilling SPM for balance data sharing from PC to PLC. Currently done with demo version of top server OPC client using mitsubishi ethernet driver.
