How do I use it?

I was told by you to send back my scanner, since it stopped working. Then I was told to download the new program . You failed to tell me how to use the new program and while I was downloading it I was told that my computer does not support it.

The Homescan Internet Transporter is a software program designed to allow users to scan documents and images directly to their computer. To use the program, simply install the software on your computer and connect the scanner to your computer using the USB cable provided. Once connected, open the program and follow the on-screen instructions to begin scanning.
