How do I delete a user pin that is not in the the system?

I'm trying to delete a user pin that works on our doors but it does not display on the app.

Unfortunately, Hub Manager Pro does not provide a way to delete a user pin that is not in the system. You may need to contact the manufacturer of your door system to delete the user pin.
