Easislides 4.1 not able to detect secondary display by ATEM mini pro, why?

Hi,
We have Easislides 4.1 ver on a Dell desktop 8940 with dedicated graphics card. The secondary HDMI is connected to ATEM mini pro switcher. When we do slides show, able to view slides on monitor and (secondary display) on projector screens but Easislides ver 4.1 is not able to detect the secondary display. Pls help. Tqvm.

It is possible that the Easislides 4.1 version may not be compatible with the ATEM mini pro switcher. It is recommended to check the system requirements of Easislides 4.1 to see if it is compatible with the ATEM mini pro switcher.
