How can I write comments on the a page, not musical notes, but comments, with my finger or my stylus?

Unfortunately, Score Writer for Windows does not allow you to write comments on a page with your finger or stylus.

While there is no opportunity to write comments, but I hope in the future they will improve the functionality. For me, this has become a problem. I wanted feedback on several of my essays about freedom of speech https://papersowl.com/examples/freedom-of-speech/ But users couldn't comment and I can't figure out how to improve my paperwork. I hope for Windows users they will fix this error.
