Issue with Windows 10 and 11 - New Installation. What should I do?

Hello,
I used this software for few years, I changed my computer and now it's impossible to use it : I got an error message about the name's length (248 and 260 characters), and then the software shut down.
Friends still use it on Windows 11 and everything is ok, the issue seems to be when we install it now...new pilot?

It is possible that the issue is related to a new pilot for the software. You may need to download and install the latest version of the software to resolve the issue.
