I have a question about working with HEC-RAS. I am currently creating a river system with corresponding cross sections. I also have the GPS coordinates [Excel] of the respective cross sections. How is it possible for me to integrate these next to the elevation data in the cross profile, so that each cross profile is printed at the direction location?
Because currently I can enter the cross profiles, but only the 1st (start of river tube) is displayed. My data should actually be georeferenced.
In addition, I wanted to ask whether it is possible to read in only the GPS data (North-East) including the elevation profile. Is there an automated interpolation for the water profile? Or does that work?
