How can I remove a DATE record from every event?

Somehow by database of 653 people got contaminated and a event entry called DATE with a date of 2018 got added to every person an marriage entry.
I am currently selecting each person and using the right click Remove option then selecting OKAY to close the edit window.

Is there a faster way?

The fastest way to remove the DATE record from every event is to use the search and replace feature in GrampsAIO. You can search for the DATE record and replace it with an empty string. This will remove the DATE record from every event in the database.
