Bug with reinstallation on computer. How to solve it?

Hi I bought DFX for WMP 10 years ago. It was functioning very well on my PC. Unfortunately a virus forced me to resinstall W10. After installing DFX again, I entered my code and email and now, everytime I'm playing a song or a video, the following window appears 'We nowneed to verify your DFX registration. This may take a few minutes'. And... it does take a few minutes until the file opens !
I'm really angry because I like this enhancer alot. What can I do in order to fix that problem ??? Thanks.

It sounds like the issue may be related to the software not recognizing your registration information. You may need to contact the software company and provide them with your registration information so they can verify it and update the software accordingly.
