Is "Escape from Frankenstein's Castle" game was compatible to play with Windows 8.1 or 10?

Windows 8.1 or Windows 10 does not support the video game available. This means that the mouse cursor is not transparent in which the game doesn't work on Windows 10 anymore. Only supported for Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7 are available to play the game.
