How do I get the activation code for Proxyfirewall?

I registered and everything but where do I get the code?

You will not receive the activation code because the official website is not working at the moment.

Sample ping report from the official website of the software:

This was 8 months ago and the website is STILL down? Has anyone found a solution to this?
