How to transfer it to my laptop, which has no internet connection?

Is there a Microsoft picture it program that I can download to my phone, which has unlimited data, and somehow transfer it to my laptop, which has no internet connection? I'm not that tech savvy, but I used the free version I got from Walmart with picture disks, and I LOVED IT! I tried to load that one, but the program wasn't compatible with my newer version on my laptop.

Unfortunately, there is no legal way to download or transfer Microsoft Picture It! as it is no longer supported by Microsoft. You may need to look for alternative photo editing software that is compatible with your laptop's operating system.
