Can't make Facebook Messenger calls since installing iTop screen record app. Why?

I just installed the iTop screen record and it will not allow me to bring up the Logitech settings and turn on the camera to make video calls through Facebook Messenger. Says it's not running in the background.

It is possible that iTop screen recorder is interfering with the camera settings on your computer and preventing it from being used for video calls. Try temporarily disabling the screen recorder or uninstalling it to see if this resolves the issue.
