Licensing issues when deploying development programs?

Hello I'm a VBA programmer from Korea. I have more interests in BSAC control than in A-Tools.

So I wonder if I have to purchase A-Tools to use BSAC or if I can only purchase BSAC control.
Also if I make a program using BSAC and sell it, I'm curious about the license issue and installation method(like distribution method) when distributing it.

Based on my experience with using BSAC, I think it's really good control because it's very convenient!

The user would likely need to purchase both A-Tools and BSAC to use BSAC within A-Tools. As for licensing and distribution issues when selling a program that uses BSAC, they should consult the licensing terms of BSAC and any relevant laws in their country.
