I can not open file. It keeps getting blocked. How do I unblock it? Is there a setting somewhere? Can you please help me figure this out. I have windows 10.
To unblock the file, you can right-click on it and select "Properties." In the Properties window, check the "Unblock" box at the bottom and click "Apply" and then "OK." This should allow you to open the file without it being blocked.
