How to solve the matter with the license?

We have the ‘easeus data recovery wizard professional 12.8’ license. This license was originally on my my wife's computer and I unistalled it. This time, I want to install this license on my computer. But it says "This license has already been used." Please help me solve this matter.

The license key is tied to a specific computer or device and cannot be used on multiple devices simultaneously. You will need to contact EaseUS customer service to deactivate the license on the previous device and activate it on the new device.
