I'm trying to download Whisper 32 (I've downloaded before, but just had my computer re-installed) and I'm getting a 404 error. Can you help? All my passwords are now inaccessible and I don't want to type them again.

The application might be available on the developer's website but it shows a forbidden error. This could be temporary or permanent. The best thing to do is to wait for the website to come up.
