How to get it back to normal?

I HAVE A SYSTEM WE HAVED USED FOR YEARS. WE REBOOTED THE COMPUTER AND NOW IS IN DEMO MODE. I NEED HELP GETTING IT BACK TO NORMAL. 843-234-2100
