it would seem we all have a lot of questions that are not getting answers and the customer service number is disconnected. are we without any support?

i need to also reset the pc program as it not accepting my password either i have forgotten the password or its a program bug. either way i cant get in on my pc and i have done as other have, uninstalled and reinstalled and it hasn't cleared the data to do a fresh install its remembered the old account so still locked out. were is factory reset for this issue?

You need to login to the camera directly, can use your browser and just enter the IP address in the url address line on the browser. Hopefully you'll get a login prompt asking for the userid and password. If it still doesn't accept the password, then you'll have to hard reset the camera itself to go back to factory default settings and start over.
This has nothing to do with the HiP2P program; there is no password recover function on HiP2P. Get the password set correctly in the camera first, then come back to HiP2P program and update the password for your device.

I have this issue too on a new install. I did not have a password to get into the software before and have tried admin, and leaving the password space blank. Says password wrong. Tried many things to fix, no luck. Remove does not appear to actually remove and I can't fix this
