How to reset PTZ?

Hi there, I have a question regarding regarding PTZ, sometime I mistakenly press the center button of PTZ and the camera gets stuck in one position. I tried to restart and even reset the camera but camera still stuck in a position. Please, let me know any preset no. which can help to restore the PTZ.
