How do I update my older version of Softkey Easy Forms Maker from 16bit to 32bit?

You can't, as 16 and 32 bit are CPU instructions. These two instructions are compiled and built in programming level which means that you can't simply upgrade an application from 16bit to 32bit unless the developer releases a completely new application.
